It is not hard to spot a Betta fish. They have long flowing fins accompanied by brilliant colors, this is one of the reasons they are so popular.
There colors range for dark to light blue, pail to dark reds, snow white and every color in-between in the rainbow. Along with brilliant color the females usually will have some type of horizontal stripes.

For example, mine will swim in curricles when I walk up to his bowel, I wonder if that means I drive him crazy, never thought about it like that.

Betta fish have a high degree of interactivity with their owners. Their personality seems to come out the more you are around them.
