Betta Fish Fungus



Betta fish fungus is a serious disease once it has touched your betta fish. If you have noticed your fish having been infected with, you should start doing treatment quickly. Since betta fish are prone to fungus attacks, it may cause damages through parasites or when the mucus slime coating on the skin of the fish has been worn out, the fish becomes more stressed. To sooner you treat it, the higher to possibility of your betta fishes to be preserved.

If your betta is showing some symptoms such as having long strands of cotton-like fine hairs or small patches of short white fuzzy appearance, it would be infected with betta fish fungus. To add care and protection to your fish, it is good to provide them with more oxygen and making sure the water is clean. Betta fish fungus treatment will be made faster when you also care for the water your fishes are living in. The warm temperature and avoiding extreme temperature changes can help fight betta fish fungus.
